Hey, hey, look what I'm back to doing.
Yeah, I missed setting my monthly goals and then updating weekly on my progress.
SO. . .let's get back to it.
Yoga 2x week.
Walk 20 miles per week.
Supreme 90 Day 2x week
Notes: It seems like a lot but really it's not. 20 walking miles per week is only half a walking commute each work day. So if I walk home from work every day (M-F) then I have 20 miles done. And S90D two times a week isn't ambitious AT ALL. That said, I'm not factoring in any "official" exercise on weekends. Not yet. That will be a future goal. Right now, I need to focus on better eating on weekends, then I'll add in exercise.
Track on weekends.
Ranges during work week.
Notes: I haven't even been trying to track on weekends. I don't go totally hog wild, but I actively do not write stuff down. That needs to change, so it's a goal. I'm only so-so on staying in ranges during the work week, so I need to focus on that, too. (for the record, I'm still calorie cycling because I like it better than static numbers). And NO POP is my goal until I hit 100 days pop free. I'm over 60 days now, so I'm well on my way.
Deep clean living room and dining room. Then maintain.
Bathroom tidying every weekend (both bathrooms)
Notes: The upstairs bathroom is joining in on the cleaning schedule. It won't be hard to do, we only really use the toilet and sink up there, so it's mostly dusting (after giving a quick deep clean). The living room and dining room aren't HORRIBLE, but they've gotten too messy due to my neglect. I'm getting a new couch so it's time to deep clean the living room again in preparation. (we'll address the kitchen eventually, but not this month--it's too big a chore right out of the gate).
FY14 Charity Sewing Challenge Box of Toys
August Charity Sewing Project (pencil bags and school supplies)
Notes: FY14 Charity Sewing Challenge August Box goal: 3 mermaids, 3 seahorses. That's my minimum requirement.
August Charity Sewing Project goal: One brand new backpack filled with school supplies and hand made fabric pencil bags.
For the swaps, I've signed up for some Teesha Moore inspired patch swaps. I like trying out a new (of sorts) art form. I made one patch last night and it looks really cool. I like making these little patches and you can use scraps to make them. LOVE that.
Not setting any rewards. To be honest, rewards don't really work for me because I'm a spoiled brat and just get myself what I want when I want it. And I don't have any big ticket items I need to save for so. . .
Goal: 3 lbs loss (minimum)
So, August is going to be busy. Time to get to work.
