All in all, July was a decent month.
Ok, lets get to the best part first. Did I lose any weight?
NET LOSS: 2 lbs.
Ok, so I'm not setting the world on fire or anything but I'm pleased. I know I had weak points (weekends, I'm looking at YOU) but I've made some excellent improvements.
But I did fall short of my goal of -3 lbs. It's going to remain my monthly loss goal (until I exceed it, then that will be my new goal loss number).
I've improved with exercise, too.
As of today, I'm at day 11 of S90D (today is day 11). I may not be following it day for day, but I'm using it fairly well as my "non yoga" exercise. That said, I can do better with it.
SO. . .what's up for August? Well, I'll make a separate post about August goals.
