July was just an ok month. I am not going to move on from these goals until I can push myself a little harder to achieve them. Here's how I did:
1. Complete Book Club monthly challenge and get at least 500/775 points~YES! I got 520 pts!
2. 900 fitness minutes~NO. Only 790 minutes, but better than last month :)
3. Finish 2 books~YES.
4. At least 5,000 steps daily~Only wore fit bit 19/31 days because battery died and I wasn't able to replace it for 9 days. I forgot to wear it for 3 days. I got at least 5,000 steps 12/19 days. Got over 10,000 steps 2 days. I can't believe how hard it is to get even 5,000 steps a day!
5. Track daily~NO. I tracked 15/31 days.
6. Quiet time daily~NO. 17/31 days.
