Breakfast Blog (and Tracker disclaimer)

Thank you all so much for the comments on my last blog about the weight loss!!
Just a quick disclaimer about my food tracker, since there were some concerns- I work, go to school, have two small children, a husband, and two dogs. I try hard to be diligent about tracking but am not always able to. For those who are curious about how many calories I eat per day, it usually ends up averaging around 1,200 per day.
I woke up today craving something savory, so here is my breakfast for the day...
Cubed tofu with chopped veggies (onion, bell pepper, spinach, mushroom), half cup of brown rice, third cup of black beans, and topped with my favorite condiment...
Goes with everything!
