And, this Gentle Reader, be the last post in Ye Olde Royal Lunch Bunch Series, in which Queen AmQ120s, a royal maintainer in a realm far away, did pledge to EAT LUNCH every single day for seven days AND post about it here on this bloggety blog.
It has been fun and has improved her healthy lunches.
Another challenge may or may not be declared about something or nothing of interest to the Queen in the near future and at her sole discretion BECAUSE she is the Queen of Her Own World and makes ALL the decisions. She is also the Empress and the CEO, the Head Witch, the Diet Wise Woman, the Virtual Personal Trainer and just generally the PERSON IN CHARGE of HER OWN ROYAL UNIVERSE!
It is a lot of responsibility. Lunch helps!
Food is a good thing!
We here in the realm highly recommend remembering to take regular food breaks throughout the day to keep us ticking along.
AND, of course, here is what we of the Royal Lunch Bunch ate on Thursday:
RTD low carb, low calorie protein shake which shall be nameless as some people don't approve of it but it is our royal decision that always counts in matters great and small and eating and at least it doth not have gluten.
Two of those totally adorable little mini avocados (weighed the fruit from these and two equal less calories than one regular sized and the taste and texture was better)
32 Nut Thin GF crackers to eat my homemade guacamole made with the avocados, which was literally just to chunk and mash the fruit with a fork (leaving a very chunky texture) and adding nothing but Mrs. Dash Lime Fiesta seasoning
A few grape tomatoes ...
