1) Do cardio 5 days a week for 45 minutes (22 days total)
2) Do strength training 6 days a week (26 days total)
3) Stretch after every workout
4) Log all strength training and stretching into my Fitness Tracker
5) Drink at least 12 cups of water per day
6) Fast 2 days per week for 5:2 Diet (9 days total)
7) Stay within my calorie range 4 days per week (17-18 days total)
8) Log all food into my Nutrition Tracker
9) Blog at least 3 times a week (13-14 times total)
10) Earn at least 50 SparkPoints per day
11) Complete Week 8 of C25k
