HAPPY FRIDAY to all!!
Its been a long week and the first week I have stayed on track the whole time. I just need to watch it over the weekend, but usually I get so busy that I don't eat enough so I hope that won't be a problem.
So, I weighed in this morning and lost a couple of pounds. I so wish it was more and the weight would just come off quicker but I know I have been down that road before and it didn't stay off so slow and steady and forever this time around.
I did get my walk in last night! Funny how you get excited about the little things, like just taking an hour for yourself for a walk. My "grand dog" and me went walking 2 miles last night. Surprising he did really really well. No pulling on the leash or stopping every 10 feet to pee. I think I have found my new walking buddy.
I guess I should start my work day now. I'm going to try and get my walk in earlier today during lunch but we'll see what the day holds. Heck I might even do two walks today.
I do have a question for any runner/jogger that may read this.... how long before you actually tried to run? I'm just curious really. right now walking is ok for me but I would love to one day be able to jog/run.
