I am up late surfing facebook and the internet, I am treating all my diapers. Anissa's poor little bum! My heart broke today. She has a really red bum that I noticed today, she had a #2 and as I was cleaning it I noticed it slightly bleeding and she cried as I was cleaning it. She cried so much that I cried with her. It happened a second time and I got worried and took her to the doctor. He took one look at it and and recommended an anti-fungal cream and a barrier on it. So I am doing that now, but if it is fungus that is causing this rash I want it gone gone gone. So I washed all the diapers minus the one she is wearing right now in bleach to kill the fungus and other ickies.
This week I managed to get out for a run and a really long walk. Tuesday I ran with 2 other moms 7.67k then yesterday I walked 9.63k. yes my feet hurt a bit. I have been watching what I eat all week, sometimes tracking it. I stepped on the scale today and it read 145, I can not believe the scale is moving again! When I got home from the doctors DH had ordered pizza for dinner. Gah I really wish he would stop doing that. Luckily he ordered small pizzas, so the portions were small. but I really want to stop eating wheat again. It is so difficult to try and plan my meals when he is planning what we eat as well. I have one idea and he has another. It worked great before Anissa, because he was always off playing some sort of sport, leaving me to fend for myself for dinner. Now he cooks meals way in advance and tells me to eat such and such for lunch and dinner when he is gone. Sometimes I don't feel like eating what he's made 4 days prior.
Had a play date today with a co worker, who's little guy is 2 months younger than Anissa. She weighed way more than me during her pregnancy and she has lost way more weight too! I felt so fat next to her, I know I shouldn't compare myself, but I just can not help it! I know that I don't have the best support system to losing the weight here, with my in laws pretty much shoving food on my plate and DH's pizza nights that are far too often. I know I am making progress, it's just not the progress I want to see. I will get there!
Monday was our one year Wedding anniversary and Sunday we are off to stage west, I am hoping the rash has cleared up by then, I don't think MIL will be able to handle the instructions I give if it hasn't, considering she doesn't listen to me about other things. I did find a cute dress for 13 bucks for stage west, I will try to get photos and post them.
