Hard to believe !! I love going to the gym sometimes I have to push myself or feel tired n don't work out as hard but as long as I go and keep pushing forward and do what I can.... A little is better than none!
Eating is 85% healthy still trying to get better on weekends!
My 10 week challenge didn't get much progress with weight loss but I'm still here and pushing success is right around the corner!!! I WILL achieve my goals!! I will do this!! Fall challenge is near and guess I'm learning how to maintain my weight !!
