There was an awesome article on Nerd Fitness today. It was the story of a fellow geek who cleaned up his diet, started exercising and lost quite a bit of weight. The best part was that the article inspired my boyfriend as well. We've both agreed to make changes to our diet/exercise in the past but we keep falling short. I think that this might be the push he needs to keep on track with his weight loss goals.
