The "extra" assignment in my mental training course is to note if I get tense during the day - and so I do when I sit in fron of the computer. Neck and shoulders stiffens up, I think it is stress because I have some things I ought to do but keep posponing.
The first month of my CD-course is about relaxation and to create a "trigger" that helps me instantly relax when I feel tension or mental stress creeping in. Will be interesting to see how it develops.
I am still pondering over my newly dicovered character trait of consistancy. To change my inner vision of myself from being one that resigns quickly, to one that is really consistent, is weird. But joyful.
