Tense muscles

Thursday, August 01, 2013

The "extra" assignment in my mental training course is to note if I get tense during the day - and so I do when I sit in fron of the computer. Neck and shoulders stiffens up, I think it is stress because I have some things I ought to do but keep posponing.

The first month of my CD-course is about relaxation and to create a "trigger" that helps me instantly relax when I feel tension or mental stress creeping in. Will be interesting to see how it develops.

I am still pondering over my newly dicovered character trait of consistancy. To change my inner vision of myself from being one that resigns quickly, to one that is really consistent, is weird. But joyful.

Shine on Sparkers, wherever you are!

Thank you! You - and this CD - have just reminded me to periodically check myself today for upper-back and shoulder tenseness, since those are the areas I tend to tense up throughout the day :) A great reminder! Good luck...

I love massage as a way to relax. Having one once a month would help me greatly, I think, with being tense. Can't afford that though. Or maybe, I should start affording it. I'm a masseur myself. Wish I could clone myself and get massages from ME! :)
