July recap and August goals

Out of 31 days I tracked my nutrition for 20 days. I forgot to check to see how many were within my calorie limit.

For August I want to track more and have more days that are within my limit range.
Also I want to get back to a regular exercise program.

    I think you've got a good plan - tracking gives me the information I need to make it easier to stay within my ranges. You are already 2/3's there!

What kinds of exercise to you like?
