Today I went over my calorie goals by quite a bit. I'm feeling really frustrated about that, since I really didn't have to. We went into St Augustine today and it was like I took a vacation from everything I have been trying to do. Pizza for lunch, then fudge, then triscuits and hummus for a snack, then dinner - and the mashed potatoes that went with it. (Gee those mashed potatoes were good!) Just not so good that I want to keep them on my thighs.

So one day isn't the end of the world, and I can do extra exercise tomorrow to deal with the extra calories - but I'm frustrated because I could have had a light dinner and stayed within my goals.

So tomorrow is a new day, and I'll be up early and slogging (slightly jogging) my 4 miles, juicing and staying on track.

    Sometimes we just have to indulge a little bit. We can't make it a lifestyle change if we can't have the things we want sometimes.
