August Goals

Well, I know I haven't done this for awhile, but it is time for me to have my daily goals in blog form to keep me accountable again. I have been so tired that I have just let this slip. I really want to break this plateau and I don't want to wait until I get the oral sleep apnea appliance.

Daily Goals....
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day in for the 5% challenge. emoticon 127 min
2. Minimum of 5 freggies emoticon 7
3. 8-10 glasses of water emoticon 10
4. High protein bar for one snack emoticon
5. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals. emoticon

    Fabulous job!!! You are such an inspiration, tho I realize right now, you probably don't feel like it. Sleep deprivation is such a bummer, but you can beat this!!! Just hold on! You are doing soooooo well!!!! Keeping you in my prayers for restfull sleep!! (((HUGS)))

    On my "5K 101" podcast I'm doing, the guy says "It may seem like a small accomplishment, but the road to success is FILLED with small accomplishments."

    I take heart from that as I'm clicking off my daily goals, and hope you do, too. If we keep up the small things, the big things will take care of themselves.
