Well, I know I haven't done this for awhile, but it is time for me to have my daily goals in blog form to keep me accountable again. I have been so tired that I have just let this slip. I really want to break this plateau and I don't want to wait until I get the oral sleep apnea appliance.
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day in for the 5% challenge.
2. Minimum of 5 freggies
3. 8-10 glasses of water
4. High protein bar for one snack
5. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals.
