Day 1 Not Back on Track Yet

Well, I woke up very early this morning and took my thyroid pill. I was sleepy, but could not fall back to sleep. Did not take my vitamins bc the thyroid pills said not to take anything with iron or calcium within 4 hours of taking the pill. Stopped for breakfast on the way to the barber with my honey, but they were serving lunch. It was not the best food and I think it was pretty high in calories as well. Spent the rest of the day with my stepdaughter and my honey. I love them both but life has been stressful for us lately and it is making me want to eat and drink things I have no business eating and drinking. Soo

I did not take all my pills
I did not exercise for 15 minutes and
I did not track all my food.

To a better day tomorrow!

    Today is a new day, a fresh beginning. Strive for excellence, not perfection. Set one goal and work on it for a week. Then add another goal, and so on. Baby steps will get you to where you need to be. You can do it!
