L sweet potato Salad, 4 oz. ground turkey
S Rye toast, 1 T almond butter
D meatloaf, Turnip greens, sweet potato
Ex. - Total of 57 minutes today (15 sit-ups, digging, gardening, walking hills)
Good day spent at home with chores inside and out.
