Today I took a break from cardio and focused on going through my craft room, laundry and errands. I ate great and a little under my 1400 calories. My Spark Coach task was to give myself three compliments...well lets see! One, proud that I have committed to myself for 10 days straight, blogged my food and exercise and making new friends. Two, when I look in the mirror I see change and not the weight I want to loose. Three, I am a loyal and caring wife, mother and friend and now am loyal and caring of myself as well.
