what more is there to say? Secrets of my success:
Eat within calories
work out an average of 45 minutes a day (but I was sick and didn't exercise at all for at least a week)
watch your nutrients - calories mostly good and healthy calories
Goals for the next month:
eat within calories EVERY day
go for walk every morning
1 hour of exercise average daily
work towards getting up at 6:30 instead of 7 (in September when school is back in I will need that extra time!)
get business tax return filed
August is going to be a great month!!
