down 10.5 lbs in July!!

Thursday, August 01, 2013

what more is there to say? Secrets of my success:

Eat within calories
work out an average of 45 minutes a day (but I was sick and didn't exercise at all for at least a week)
watch your nutrients - calories mostly good and healthy calories

Goals for the next month:

eat within calories EVERY day
go for walk every morning
1 hour of exercise average daily
work towards getting up at 6:30 instead of 7 (in September when school is back in I will need that extra time!)
get business tax return filed

August is going to be a great month!!

Tracy you are rolling along so well, congratulations. I have yet to pick out my goals for August, I think I will just try to maintain what I did in July. YES, that business tax goal IS important and I know you will take care of it. Good luck meeting your other health goals. I know I am repeating this, you will take care of, them! I just hope you do not get ill in August. I look forward for another + 10 pound report on September 1st!
