For so long, losing any kind of weight has been elusive for me. I kept going back up to my higher weight and maintaining (or gaining).
But now that I've recommitted to a few simple goals (tracking calories daily, staying within my calorie range, and exercising at least 20 min), I finally lost my first 5 lbs!
I haven't told all of my friends yet; I felt like announcing it to the Spark world first. Thank you to everyone in the Spark community who has been so supportive! Your comments and kind words mean a lot to me.
