I've made it through my first day. I logged all of my food and ate clean. I didn't actually get to formally exercise today but it's kind of hard not to be active chasing around three kids all day while taking care of four pets, cooking and cleaning. I'm hoping once school starts back up I'll be able to really up my exercise by walking the kids to and from school and having a little "me" time during naptime.
I'm ready to do this. My wakeup call has come and gone. It's time to take charge of my health.
I took some time last night to write down my August goals:
*Exercise a minimum of 10 minutes each day
*Complete a minimum of 500 minutes of exercise this month
*Log everything that goes into my mouth
*Drink more water!
