August Streaking Challenge

I start a new challenge tomorrow, and just learned the rules, so here are my three goals.

FOOD: Enter all my food into nutrition calculator every day

EXERCISE: 30 minutes per day. I want to start jogging again so either walk, jog, or strength. Just aiming for 30 minutes.

HEALTHY LIVING: Floss everyday! Thanks to Taranitup for that one!

I will be focused this whole month. I don't have a goal for weight loss because I lose weight so damn slowly that I always get discouraged when I don't see results (the inches don't really come off either)
