Well life happened and I am back to do this right :)
I'm living with family but have a gym membership that is quite lonely. Meals will be tricky but I think I manage to eat well enough on limited fridge space and small dollars, lol.
I was baptized a few weeks ago and got pictures just the other day, I'm appalled with how big I am on top of how lousy I feel all of the time. None of this is how I want to live..
I will drink at least 64 oz water, take my meds and vitamins, exercise at least 10 minutes a day, and follow planned breakfast/lunch menu and go easy on dinner with the family.
I will go to 2 water aerobic classes each week and 1 cardio and 1 strength training workout each week as well.
My goal is to feel fantastic- to have energy to get through the day, feel mentally clear and sharp, and to gain physical stamina along the way.
