Workouts - 20 (a combination of running, spin, RIPPED, Boot Camp and weight lifting)
Calories Burned - 11,209
Miles Ran/Walked - 24.8
Eating cheat days - 4 (no eating out at all)
Upped protein to over 100 grams per day and increased weekday calories on July 22; made a real effort to keep calories under control on the weekends, even on days that I considered "cheat days"
Weight July 1 - 144.5
Weight July 31 - 140.2
Average Weight - 141.1
Lowest Weight - 138.1
Measurement change - all the same except down one inch around the abs
