emoticon Upped protein to over 100 grams per day and increased weekday calories on July 22; made a real effort to keep calories under control on the weekends, even on days that I considered "cheat days"

emoticon Measurement change - all the same except down one inch around the abs

    Wow it is most interesting to see it laid out like this. I confess Spark has become a huge multi year mass that does not highlight the better or worse periods. This month breakout is amazing. More achievable seeming. Great idea.
