Yay I was on the exercise bike for 20 min. and I feel super!

What a charge!!!! I feel super inside and out. Thank you all for so much support! I am monitoring my diet too and eating less! Or I hope! I think the 20 minutes of exercise is a great start and then I can work up to 30 and 45 and have that weight come off! I am so excited at my baby step and I hope I keep doing these baby steps because that's what it takes!!! Feeling so much better than yesterday!
