I realized today that exercise is a wonderful thing. It makes you feel good keeps you healthy helps with depression and helps with weight loss.
I've decided to recommit to regular exercise. I will get the weight off and keep it off. A day at a time.
My August goal is to lose 5 pounds and exercise at least 20 of those 31 days. I hope everyone else has a great August.
