Yesterday was weigh in day. I lost a pound. So far my weight loss total is 4 pounds in 2 weeks.
Woo Hoo! Go me! I am so excited to see the scale going down everytime I step on it. I have learned that I need to track my food on a daily basis and exercise on a regular basis.
Today is a rest day for me. My body was telling me that I needed to rest. Since I had the day off work, I did just what my body told me too. I rested.
Every once in awhile, we need to listen to what our body is telling us. I have learned that if I don't listen to my body, I will end up sick. If I get sick, then I go off track and it takes me awhile to get back on track.
Tomorrow I'm off to the Hershey Gardens to walk around and look at the beautiful gardens. That will be my workout for tomorrow.
