I decided more than half way through the day, after I binged on chocolate and sugary treats, that today is Day 1. Yes, I know, it's Day 1 AGAIN but it's a NEW Day 1 and a new start in the right direction. I did 16 minutes of kickboxing and 12 minutes of gentle yoga. There were parts of each that I couldn't really do but I kept moving anyway. I even did my "push ups" against the wall. I could still feel it in my triceps so I think it was somewhat effective. I just printed the 5k Your Way Plan and will start that again. I have to get M O V I N G! I have to stop binge eating and eating practically an entire meal AFTER dinner. I CAN do this! My husband is 100% on board this time and I have to be supportive, that's part of my role as his spouse. This time we will do it together.
