Eating before an Event?

Hey Sparkers!

I need some tips! I am going out saturday night and I bought a new top I really like!! I am so excited to show it off but it is form-fitting so I was wondering what I should eat tomorrow and the day of?

I am planning on running tomorrow and the next day and drinking plenty of water... But should I eat really light on saturday or eat a lot of fruits and veggies? Don't want to bloat!

    If you don't want to vote, don't eat anything that you know gives you gas, drink lots of water, and keep your sodium count low, so that you don't retain water.

    I always tend to bloat after a run. But I agree, do what you have been doing. If you are stressed you will see it in your bloat. Drink lots of water, don't eat a large meal, try to eat smaller meals so you don't look like a snake after feeding and you'll be golden.

    Just keep doing what you are doing...don't overindulge and relax and enjoy your night out in your cute new top....!!

    Just a suggestion, BUT no matter what else you eat, cucumbers are a natural diuretic.. You will urinate a lot after eating them. Anything salty or that you add salt TO, will hold fluid. Alcohol bloats naturally too.
