I need some tips! I am going out saturday night and I bought a new top I really like!! I am so excited to show it off but it is form-fitting so I was wondering what I should eat tomorrow and the day of?
I am planning on running tomorrow and the next day and drinking plenty of water... But should I eat really light on saturday or eat a lot of fruits and veggies? Don't want to bloat!
