#backontrack - day 1

I'm off to a good start!
-I packed up some leftovers last night for lunch today, got some healthy snacks ready too and grabbed some veggies to accompany my lunch. I did discover that my lunch veggies were not so edible (note to self: check food before taking it), but I went to the store next door and got myself some snap peas instead!
-I got up early (a bit too early - the new dog thinks 4:50am is when she needs to go outside) and did a 30 minute butt kicking circuit bootcamp workout I found on YouTube.

-We have a family room in the midst of repair, but it's mostly done, so I'm using it as an exercise room now instead of waiting for it to be done! I may have to wash off my yoga mat a couple times a week, it got plywood floor dust all over it today...
-no soda, even though my coworker has a giant bottle of one of my favorites sitting out for her today.
-I went to bed a bit later than I wanted last night - needed to throw a song on a thumbdrive for a friend that's getting married on Saturday. She's picking it up today to give to the DJ and my computer was giving me troubles!
-And here I am blogging for whomever to read.
5/6 goals met (I'm counting last night's sleep for today's goal), not to shabby!
