When I started SP three years ago, I used to do this every month. But, I've gotten out of the habit. Here's to restarting a habit!
Swam - total of 1650 yards
Bike - total of 141 miles (wow!) in 10 hours
Ran - total of 33 miles (just getting back!) in 7 hours
Also, I joined a running group that meets on Saturdays and a new cycling group that meets on Sundays. I worked out well while visiting family in the Dallas area & even went cycling with an AWESOME group!
Bike - goal of 160 miles (about 40 per week)
Run - goal of 50 miles
Other - participate in duathlon on August 18th! (1 mile run; 11 mile ride; 1 mile run)
