Weekly Goal

My goal for the next 7 days is to just stay consistent with what I have been doing. Stay active, get to the gym, walk the dogs, yoga... anything that gets me moving for at least 10 minutes. I want to stay consistent with my calorie and nutrition goals as well. With this consistensy, I should be able to say goodbye to another pound this week. Time to get started!
