Day 4 is a go

My neck is still sore but I can move it around a lot better than before. I have been rubbing it when its bothering me and that helps. I need to stop making my neck be the reason I haven't started to exercise. Last night I start to write my journal and I have decided that at the end of the day I write out goals for the next day. Last night the goals I wrote where:
1. do a walk
2. Morning stretches
3. 1 video
4. find 5 new recipes
I did the walk and I felt great afterwards. The walk I did was around the block which equals 1 mile. I would like to work my way up to where I can just go out there and walk the block as many times as I can. I haven't done my stretches or video yet but I plan to within the next 30 mins. I plan to look for recipes after Ive done my housework or else the housework wouldn't get done.
Now I haven't started the plan that I am working on but I am making myself get up and move. I want to start out slow and build my way up. I want to plan it out and work on a different body part each day. Im thinking I might have the weekend by my rest days. I am going to walk and stretch those day but I want to rest the muscles, I need to rest them.
Im happy with this plan and I can see myself actually sticking with this one.
