Ok I must admit. I started my week focused and on track. That was Monday (eating was perfect even though I didn't get a workout in). Tuesday rolled around and I started the day out with a 40 minute treadmill walk with a 5% incline and had an Idealshape (meal replacement shake) for breakfast. Then lunch rolled around and my baked potato and serving of steamed aspargus satisfied me but then the unthinkable happened. I had a glass of wine, then another and another (3 glasses). Needless to say, my ability to stay on track with my food intake, fell by the wayside. As the day went on I ended up eating 2 fried chicken wings, 1 fried chicken thigh, a steak and 2 more alcoholic drinks (vodka w/diet soda).

Wednesday was no better...I had nachos and a miller lite, while at the movies with my daughter. I had chicken and pasta for dinner along with more wine...and workout!

Well it's Thursday and I am determined to get back on track today! I had my Idealshape shake for breakfast and planning to have another for lunch. I didn't workout this morning but I will definitely get one in later today. I'll update on my progress for today also. Fingers crossed! I know I can do this...I just need to hold myself accountable and that's why I decided to blog about it.
