Insanity: the first day

These workouts are no joke. Just as before, I go at my own pace, rest when I needed to, and gulped down water in between rest stops. I was completely drenched!

I did modify some of the moves -- the high knee jumps for example -- because I am not that horizontally talented! But I kept on moving and I am happy about that.

One thing exercise does is pulls out those "feel good" endorphins which carries me the rest of the day. I am already feeling blissful.

Now, as far as tomorrow's possible on-set soreness? That remains to be seen! emoticon

    You better believe it! I am on the last two weeks of it and yesterday, I think my body is noticing how tired it is already of this craziness. I ended up just doing half of Max Interval Circuit because I wasn't feeling up to it. I didn't have this feeling since I started Insanity but I gave my body a break.

It is an insane workout!! Mopping is part of our workouts!!

    I will be watching your blogs and posts closly for 3 reasons

1. It's always good to have a cheer squad
2. i wanna try the insanity too.
3. When you do something hard it is always good to know that their is people cheering you on. (yes this is a varuiation of the first but it is that important)

    emoticon ! Yes, those workouts are no joke! I did Insanity as well. I had to modify as well. Currently, doing Shaun T.'s T25, which seems like it's a mix of Insanity and Hip Hop Abs.

    Fantastic ! you got this ! That's one of the things I like about Insanity, I feel like I can conquer the rest of the day, and all the other crazy things that happen during the day don't bother me ! emoticon

    I've thought about trying Insanity but never have. I do love Chalean Extreme though.

    emoticon emoticon You're going to be surprised by how quickly you build strength! Initially, my knee jump were more like a little hops, but after a few weeks we had some floor clearance going on!! Enjoy yourself!!
