These workouts are no joke. Just as before, I go at my own pace, rest when I needed to, and gulped down water in between rest stops. I was completely drenched!
I did modify some of the moves -- the high knee jumps for example -- because I am not that horizontally talented! But I kept on moving and I am happy about that.
One thing exercise does is pulls out those "feel good" endorphins which carries me the rest of the day. I am already feeling blissful.
Now, as far as tomorrow's possible on-set soreness? That remains to be seen!
