Since I started here at Sparkpeople back in Febuary, I have lost and gained the same 5 pounds over and over and over again. I am so darn done with this stinkin’ boomerang! My birthday is in September, and I do not want to start the year off in the present state I am in now!
August is here! A brand new month! Many people say they are going to “Rock It”. To me rock it makes it sound like a party. I am not going to rock it, but PULVERIZE IT! For me, there is no party to this as I am going to put my fat in its place! I AM SO DONE! I do good, than slack off, do good, then slack off. No more of that. The boxing gloves are on. I am going to bust my butt eating clean and putting those kettlebells in their place! They are not going to laugh at me anymore that I just leave them sit there and can’t lift them. I will not be perfect, but I expect 90% and above excellence to my workout plan and diet plan. Consistency to the plan is the key to excellence!

8-12 cups water a day
The snatch program is doing quite a number on my shoulder impingement even with modifying it. I will have to go super slow at the snatch training so I can keep making progress and not to injure myself.
