From Feb - June I was pretty much out of the spark loop, I read some articles and logged food and fitness sometimes but I was not putting in any real effort. June and July were better, but still not me at my best. I am determined to make this month one of progress!
My goals for the month of August:
1. Eat 1600-1700 calories each day - I am trying to stick to the middle of my recommended range from SP which is 1490-1860. I was eating above that for most of July
2. At least 40 fitness minutes daily - and at least 15 days of 90+ fitness minutes.
3. Give it my all every day, every workout!
(I racked up lots of fitness minutes last month but there were many days that my effort was only half-hearted, I started strong, but fizzled out in the end - I will not consider this goal met unless I exert myself to the point of sweating and feel a burn in my muscles by the end of the workout!)
4. Keep my thoughts, and words positive - and turn around any negativity as soon as I notice it! It is easy for me to be a positive voice for others, I am still working at being as loving toward myself as I am to others.
