Good morning, SparkFriends!
Today is August 1st, and so it's my monthly time to track. Every week I weigh myself, and every month, I weigh myself and track my measurements. Because my weight can fluctuate so much from day-to-day, I've learned it is the one-month measurements that give me the best picture of my progress.
Anyway, just a few days ago I blogged that the weight was moving so slowly, (half a pound a week) yet I was working so hard! My doctor and my trainer told me to stay the course and to (most of all) have patience. So I am thrilled with my one month stats:
Weight: 198.8 (down 3.4 pounds since July 1st)
AND: 4 inches lost since July 1st (bust, waist, hips, and thigh)
I've been feeling so good with my determination and my plan this month, and it's so gratifying to finally see that pay off. This is really motivating to me as I move into August.
