The start of a new month, last month I ended up one lb. this month will be better, I promise!
New goals for this month are to reach 5,000 steps every day. I will be watching what I eat but I need to keep moving too. It's going to be a back to basics month. I did this before and it's time to use my mojo and do it again. Right now my mindset is in the right place and I want to keep it there. Gooooooo me!!!
