The start of a new month, last month I ended up one lb. this month will be better, I promise!

New goals for this month are to reach 5,000 steps every day. I will be watching what I eat but I need to keep moving too. It's going to be a back to basics month. I did this before and it's time to use my mojo and do it again. Right now my mindset is in the right place and I want to keep it there. Gooooooo me!!!

  you will be fine . yes stick to the basic and smile . lean on others to help you stay on track . keep a smile on your face . one fact I learned this month was that if you can out wait a craving it will only take about 45 min . to go away . they say 15 but I find it takes double that amount of time . it takes trying to get your mind of that wanting this or that . fight it .
