July was not a good month for me so I'm glad to see it go. Thankfully, I've gotten out of the funk mode and am ready to be a good little sparker again. Here are my August goals:
1.Get back to my goal weight
2. Work out 60 minutes on days I don't work, 30 on others.
3. Eat 5 servings of Fruits/Veggies a day.
4. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Short but to the point!
