had a new loss for July. slowly losing those pound I gained.
August 1 wow I really need to get busy.
I joined the August challenge.
I am aiming for ten pounds but if it is a net loss Iwill be happy. want to get back into the 180's. working on 54,000 steps to next July. I have a fitbit . I plan on getting reaquiented with the WII and DVD I have.
1. Weigh daily and post
2. Exercise daily
3. Post steps and exercise
4. Journal in new TOPS journal yes it is paper and pen
5. Count exchanges
6. Drink water
7. Less sitting More Moving
8. No eating after 8 pm
I went to cananda to get motivated at IRD TOPS convention. So lets do it.
