Got an old friend to get me a little motivation!
Secret group on Facebook to do a 30 day challenge. I know, I can do that on here, bit for some reason it seemed easier to log onto Facebook on my iPhone on the elliptical in the morning than try and find time after work to get on my computer. So no judging - heck I'm writing this on my iPhone, hopefully it is readable!!
Anyway my new goals!
Water 90 ounces a day (not new, but I've been slacking - think I need a new bottle)
Log food (again not new, but still not achieved in any consistency)
Calories - stay in range!
Heart rate monitor - stay in range - this is new - I usually just turn it on so The machine will register it, but now I'm going to get my average for my workout, I think I've bee slacking!!
Challenge starts aug 12! Lets do this!
