A new August- Fit and Fab month

For some reason, setting the tone for a healthy July has helped. I feel more fit and am eating better freggies more of the time.

For August I declare 4 weeks of Fit and Fab! Join me, and others and let's have a healthy fun month.

My bullet points for the month.

Consistent water aerobics
Loads of Freggies
Leg lifts in front of the TV

I'm in...although half of the month is already gone. Yet so far I have achieved over 1,000 fitness minutes already.

    Fit and Fab indeed!!!
I've been hiking once or twice a week, walking and running stairs, doing yoga every morning, and even getting in that ST here and there. Trying to do at least 30 mins of exercise every day, and doing pretty well. Still trying to avoid/replace white carbs and sugar, so I eat a ton of veggies and fruit, which makes me feel soooooo good! Haven't done great with the sugar, but I'm killin' it on the carbs.

I started a bit before you but I'm in, I don't have TV though, I cancelled my subscription so I'll have to find something else!
