1st of August-Moving Forward

Well, yesterday i started putting into practice the goals i wanted to set forth for August. I started putting together the list of recipes I want to on SP and others... I also have started reading and surrounding myself with inspirational successful healthy and weight loss i read a blog. His aha moment gave me an aha moment We really don't realize what the extra weight is doing to our bodies until we carry it in hand...or in his case, in hand on and on back...i've lost about 50 lbs from my highest weight...i truly don't think i can even lift that much...nor carry it for very long...yet, at one point in my life, i did just wonderful my knees ached and my back hurt...Thanks Jeffallen70 for my own little aha moment :)

    I just read the blog you referenced, and it reminded me of one of the last weeks on the Biggest Loser. They would put on packs that had the amount of weight they had lost, and ran around shedding the weight at the appropriate checkpoints. It is so sad what we do to our bodies.
