well time is creeping up on me and I need to start training for my 3k for the local womans center fund. I have a group of us that are going to run it in our kangoo jumps. I have been very bad about working out lately and know that i will have to strengthen my core, thighs and gluts to prevent reinjuring my knee.
On the plus side I have been walking to work more often, and according to my scale i have lost another 3 pounds. So i know i can do this. just got to find the time. but i know i can because my ultmate goal is to do the Disney priness run in my kangoo jumps.
