Well two weeks off of work was just a great vacation. However, I'm on nights for the next three weeks (with one day shift thrown in the middle) because I like to volunteer. So my schedule is completely out of whack. However, I'm back on track with my goals again. I went over my calories most days while on vacation but tried to make sure I was active. I noticied little things on the trip (mostly that I could go up and down one flight of stairs without being too winded) and big things (no seat belt extended on flight). Even though I'm still wearing the same clothes, things are starting to get more loose with each passing week. The jean shorts I bought in March are starting to become looser on me. When I hit the scale on Monday morning, over the last two weeks I had gained 2.6 pounds. Overall, in the grand scheme of things, not too bad but just need to focus again. Did a lot of cleaning over the last week and ready to re-focus again!
