Well Sunday and Monday were busts calorie wise got a walk in and core workout. Tuesday was a better calorie day high but better. Wednesday well with in calories 1436 or so.
I went for a walk on Tuesday and Wednesday both were five and half miles.
I tracked all my food missed some breakfast but was back on track yesterday.
I decided to do the back on track challenge for this month and I will be back to do everything by the end of the month.
