First I give you ...ta-daaa! ... the last meal photo for july – 31:
A salad with avocado and smoked salmon. With that I complete my challenge of photograhing and posting one meal a day to Spark during july with doing 27 of 31 days, that is as perfectly "not perfect" I want to be...
I was bingefree 30 days.
I stayed under my calorie limit 28 days.
I exercised 26 days
I lost five kilos
I am beaming with joy!
Goals for august is:
Track my food and exercise.
Continue to work with my swedish supportgroup.
Continue the mental training program I started last week.
Post the assignment for that program in my Spark blog.
The mental training is built in five phases and the first 28 days are assigned for muscular relaxation. I listen do a CD coaching me through relaxation of the body for about 20 minutes and I am also asked to write an episode during the day when my muscles have been too tense. This I haven´t noticed as a task until today so I have nothing to say about the five days I have already done...
I am also asked to have a vision for what I want to look like:
This is me 1972 at graduation from gymnasium– I sewed that dress myself, designed to hide that my waist was not as curvy as I would prefer...but I think my weight was about 72 kilos in that picture and I will use it as a vision for what I want to achieve in the end...problems are already confusing me - I don´t have those boobs anymore, one is gone and one is made smaller to match the one that is gone... but I will STILL use it as a vision for the future.
But for now I will take it one day at the time and keep on doing what has worked for me in the past month!
