Day 19 of 50

Well over the weekend I got off track and messed up my 50 days. I'm super bummed about it. Ugh. I'm ready to get back on track and try to finish this 50 days off strong. My fridge is stocked with healthy food and I'm absolutely done with crappy food. Tomorrow is August 1st and I'm ready to take on the next 31 days. I also signed up for a Biggest Loser Challenge to help motivate me.

I need to blog every single day for the next 31 days to keep myself on track and accountable. I know I can do it!

My workout plan for tomorrow is to run 30+ minutes nonstop then do 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes strength training legs/butt. I'm excited. I need a hard workout to get my mojo back.

    Goals are great, but try to keep your focus on the good days & let the things that may trip you up just flow away....then bring your focus back to the positive steps and goals you are doing and have accomplished!! :-)
