UGH day!

Alright, I stuck to the program today, Day 3 of Phase 1 of South Beach diet. That was awesome. I need to be careful not to eat ONLY protein: also need to get in some veggies.

But man, I've been dragging all day! I basically got up, got organized and went to work for a doctor's meeting...didn't get back home until 3 pm. UGH. I'm ready to go to bed now and there is a pile of dishes, loads of laundry to do, the house hasn't been swept (2 dogs, 4 cats...I sweep about 10 times a day if I'm home). SO. TIRED. For no good reason. I think I need to make it an early night and go to bed and then I can do the dishes in the morning before I leave for work.

Feeling really good about this round of SP. I know I'm not one to talk, but it makes me sad to look at some SP friends pages that show their status updates from 371, 400, etc. days ago...I know I come and go a lot, too, but seeing that just makes me want to really dig down deep this time and commit!

  I know the feeling! This week I have eaten way too mcuh and as a result I feel draggy! I could go to sleep now but would be awake from midnight on if I do! emoticon

    I'm dragging around way too much lately too. I'm actually getting more accomplished but I'm eating too much and not on plan. I'm soooooooooo bad!!

I was nodding my head about sweeping the floors. I have to do it every day. My friends don't understand how 7 tiny chinchillas who live in cages can cause such a mess but they do. No one want to have tiny little turds stuck to their socks. LOL.

I went through part of my friends list recently and there were a lot who had closed their pages and left for good. But, I am thrilled that you are still here and you can be reassured that I will be here too. This is an important part of my life. I need this to be healthy.
