Even though I'm not seeing it on the scale, I AM making some progress!
1. My breakfasts have gone from Donuts and Diet Mountain Dew to 2 hard-boiled eggs, fruit and water. That's been a HUGE difference for me! The first day was a tough adjustment, but I'm getting used to it...
2. The last two days I have drank a TON of water! 80 oz. yesterday, 90 oz. today! Granted, I've spent the majority of my day going to and from the restroom, but that's just added to my FitBit steps!
3. I have been able to ignore my pizza cravings by telling my brain "Do you want to undo all that you've been doing?" Although, I did splurge last night and had a Smothered Burrito at Taco Bell. It was really good, but that won't happen on a regular basis like it used to, that's for sure!

First Weekly Progress Report came today! I didn't even realize it had been a week!
Total Steps = 47,692/ Daily Average = 6,813
Total Distance = 20.54 miles / Daily Average = 2.93 miles
Total Floors Climbed = 5 (No steps at work, just here at home)
Total Calories Burned = 12,942/ Daily Average = 1,849
I've only used the sleep monitor function twice. Planning on using it more this week.
I'm bummed that I'm not seeing results on the scale, but every little bit of progress is encouraging. (Guess I should have skipped Taco Bell last night!)
